A really good capture of both of them. Your sons head is perfectly placed in the rule of thirds, which immediately brings attention to him. Then the arms line up to focus on the rest of the photo, which is perfect.
The use of black and white really enhance the photo and helps make the persons stand out more. I would have preferred a looser crop, as your dad is currently cut in half. I would have loved to see them both fully in the photo. I can also see a bit of motion blur on his foot, which could have been avoided with a bit faster shutter.

The background could have been a bit more interesting. The concrete doesn't really add anything to the photo for me. And lastly the ground around the two seems a little bit overexposed (but it might just be my screen). This could be fixed by darkening either the whites or the highlights a little bit.

All in all you've captured a great photo and only small details cut it short from being perfect.
